Our Customer Care team will award feedback based on the usefulness of feedback provided and the impact it makes on our business for the benefit of our customers.
- What value will my feedback be worth?
If your feedback is likely to result in positive change for the business, our Customer Care team will evaluate the feedback and assign a value to the feedback between $0 - $500.
- When will I get a response from my feedback submission?
Once your feedback has been submitted our Customer Care team will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours to acknowledge your submission.
Your feedback will be discussed with the appropriate department manager and our Customer Care team. Your feedback evaluation will be completed in the following 5 - 10 business days.
