My invoice was paid, why am I still receiving invoice reminders?

Where invoices are paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the payment clears automatically and marks your invoice as paid (in most cases this is usually within a few minutes).

In cases where you have made a payment of an invoice but you are still receiving reminder emails, it is typically linked to a BPAY or EFT Bank Transfer. These two payment methods are subject to bank processing times, and in the case of an EFT Bank Transfer further delays if an incorrect reference number has been used.

If you require an invoice payment to clear immediately, such as to complete a domain renewal on time or to bring a service out of suspension, we recommend using Credit Card or PayPal for instant payment.

BPAY & EFT Bank Transfer

If you have paid your invoice via BPAY or EFT Bank Transfer, please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to clear. As BPAY is like a standard bank transfer, it can take a couple of days to complete – even more if there are public holidays or weekends (non-bank days). If the payment does not clear by this time, please check that you have used the correct reference number for the payment and let our Accounts and Billing team know via eTicket through VIPControl.

We do NOT accept cheques. If you send us one our very hungry shredder will appreciate it.
