At the beginning of October 2015 we reached out to all VentraIP USA customers to inform them that VentraIP USA would cease trading on October 31, 2015.
Unfortunately the time has come, and as such, VentraIP USA is no longer trading.
We would like to thank all VentraIP USA customers for their support over for the past three years, and encourage customers who require new services to look at VentraIP Australia.

All domain names will continue to operate until their expiry date. There are limited management features available at the domain manager however we encourage all eligible customers move their domain names to VentraIP Australia.Login to domain manager
We strongly recommend you transfer all domain names to a new registrar as soon as possible to avoid any issues with domain name renewals in the future.
Any customer with active web hosting services were given the opportunity to transfer their web hosting service to VentraIP Australia before the cut-off date of October 31, 2015. Unfortunately if you did not complete this before the cut-off date then all your data has been deleted and your service has been terminated.
If you had any pre-paid service and took up the offer to move to VentraIP Australia then your renewal date you had with VentraIP USA has been honoured on your Australian-based service. In the event that you had pre-paid service but did not arrange to have the service moved to VentraIP Australia please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for a new service to be provisioned which will honour your VentraIP USA renewal date.
All domain names will continue to operate until their expiry date. There are limited management features available at http://domains.ventraip.com, however we encourage any Australian or New Zealand customer move their domain names to VentraIP Australia. If you need assistance with this please contact our team at email@example.com. You can also move your domain name to any registrar of your choosing by following their transfer process.
We can send a copy of the domain name password to the Registrant contact on the domain name. Please contact our Customer Care team and we can arrange to have this completed. In the event that you need the registrant contact updated our Customer Care team will require some further information from you but we can have this actioned for you.
