VentraIP’s Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the VentraIP Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd t/a VentraIP (“VentraIP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation is open to individuals and businesses within Australia.
1.2. You do not need to be a VentraIP customer to become an affiliate.
1.3. “eTicket” refers to a secure electronic message sent by the Customer to VentraIP via VIPcontrol for assistance or for any questions they may have with any Service(s).
1.4. You must be at least 18 years of age.
1.5. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Web Hosting: $100 AUD commission for each new customer on an annual (12-month or longer) billing term.
2.2. Domain Names: 20% commission on the value of the initial registration for new customers.
Note: Premium Domains are expressly excluded from commission payments.
2.3. Other commission rates may apply for eligible products as advertised on the Affiliate Portal or official communications.
2.4. Commissions are only paid for successful, verified sales that meet our eligibility and payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Commissions are payable 60 days after the referred customer’s transaction, subject to approval.
3.2. Payments are made via the VentraIP Wallet. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct.
3.3. If a referred customer cancels, receives a refund, or initiates a chargeback within the holding period, no commission will be paid.
3.4. Minimum payout threshold: $10 AUD.
3.4. VentraIP reserves the right to withhold or revoke any commission payments at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspicious activity, breach of this Agreement, or suspected abuse of the Program.
4. Referral Tracking
4.1. Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link for tracking.
4.2. Sales must be completed through the affiliate’s referral link for commissions to be tracked.
4.3. Attribution will be based on the last-click model, unless otherwise specified.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
- Use your affiliate link for self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.
- Offer unofficial discounts or incentives that are not provided by VentraIP.
- Use spam (including email or comment spam), cookie stuffing, or other dishonest tactics to generate clicks or signups.
- Bid on VentraIP’s brand keywords or variations thereof in paid search campaigns without express written permission.
6. Compliance and Termination
6.1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
6.2. VentraIP reserves the right to monitor your activity and terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse or fraud.
6.3. If your account is terminated, any unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Affiliates may use VentraIP logos, banners, and other marketing assets provided by VentraIP.
7.2. You may not modify or misrepresent any branding or intellectual property.
7.3. All materials remain the property of VentraIP.
8. Program Changes
8.1. VentraIP reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with notice.
8.2. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. VentraIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
9.2. Our maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 6 months.
