VentraIP Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Referral Program is open to existing VentraIP customers with an active VIPcontrol account. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Refer

2.1. Referrals must be made using your unique referral link, which can be found in your VIPcontrol account under My Profile > Referrals. You can share your link via copy, email, SMS, or QR Code.

3. What Counts as a Successful Referral

3.1. A referral is considered successful when:

• The referred person is a brand new customer, creating a new VIPcontrol account not previously associated with them (regardless of the email address used);
• Use your affiliate link for self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.
• They complete a qualifying purchase using your referral link; and
• They remain an active VentraIP customer for more than 60 days.

3.2. If these criteria are not met, the referral will not be eligible for rewards.

4. Referral Rewards

4.1. Once a referral is deemed successful, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will receive credit to your VentraIP Wallet. The reward depends on the product purchased on the referee’s first invoice:

• For any Business, Custom or WordPress Web Hosting plan, both parties will receive $50 in account credit.
• For VIPsites Website Builder, both parties will receive $5 in account credit. The VIPsites website must be published on a paid domain name within the first 60 days to qualify.
• For Business Email Hosting, both parties will receive $10 in account credit per mailbox.
• For an SSL Certificate, both parties will receive $20 in account credit.

5. Reward Delivery

5.1. Once eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your credit will be added to your account via your VentraIP Wallet.

6. Tracking Your Referrals

6.1. You can track the status of your referrals at any time via your VIPcontrol account. You’ll also receive email updates for major referral events, such as when your referee passes the 60-day active period.

7. No Limit on Referrals

7.1. There’s no cap on how many friends or family members you can refer.

8. Renewals Not Included

8.1. This offer only applies to new customer sign-ups. Renewals or additional purchases by the referee do not qualify for referral rewards.

9. Fair Use, Fraud and Discretion

9.1. VentraIP reserves the right to withhold referral credits, suspend accounts, or remove users from the program at any time if any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected. VentraIP also reserves the right to withhold or remove any referral rewards at its sole discretion, regardless of eligibility status.

10. Program Changes

10.1. VentraIP may change, suspend or cancel the Referral Program at any time without notice. Any updates will be published on our website or communicated via email.
