VIPrewards Jelly Roll Giveaway Terms and Conditions

General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the VIPrewards “Jelly Roll Down Under 2025 Tour Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) conducted by VentraIP (the “Promoter”).
1.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period
3.1. The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 8 September 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Sunday, 21 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2. The entry tile will be removed from VIPcontrol at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.

How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must be enrolled in VentraIP’s reward program, VIPrewards.
4.2. Participants must click to enter via the VIPrewards section within VentraIP’s customer management portal, VIPcontrol.
4.3. Only one entry per customer is permitted.

Prize
5.1. The Prize consists of:
5.1.1. Two (2) tickets to Jelly Roll – Down Under 2025 Tour on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at 7:00 PM.
5.2. Two (2) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving two (2) tickets to the event.
5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
5.4. Flights, accommodation, and any other associated costs are not included.

Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2. The draw will take place at 11:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 22 September 2025, at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC 3805.
6.3. The winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw.
6.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 5 days of reasonable attempts by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw or cancel the Prize at its discretion.

Prize Conditions
7.1. The winner and their guest must make their own way to the venue.
7.2. The Prize does not include additional expenses such as meals, parking, travel insurance, or accommodation.
7.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

Privacy
8.1. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
8.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability
9.1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

General Conditions
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
10.2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each entrant.

By participating in the VIPrewards 2025 Jelly Roll Down Under 2025 Tour Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
