1. Eligibility and Access

• Discounts are available exclusively through the VentraIP, VIPrewards program in partnership with Trip.com.

• To redeem the offer, users must access Trip.com via the dedicated VentraIP promotional link and complete their booking within the same browsing session.

• Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

2. Flight Bookings

• Eligible members can enjoy savings on flight bookings made through VIPrewards.

• The discount applies to the base fare only and excludes taxes, fees, and additional charges.

• Discounts are valid only on bookings made via the dedicated VentraIP access link within the same session.

• The offer cannot be combined with other flight-related promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards.

3. Hotel Bookings

• Eligible members can enjoy savings on hotel bookings made through VIPrewards.

• Discounts apply only to eligible properties displayed on Trip.com.

• The offer is not valid for “Pay at Hotel” bookings, full payment must be made online at the time of booking.

• Discounts are applied automatically when booking via the VIPrewards link and following the on-screen redemption instructions.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel-related promotions or discounts.

4. General Conditions

• All bookings are subject to Trip.com’s standard terms and conditions.

• Discounts have no monetary or cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

• Trip.com and VentraIP reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of the VIPrewards platform or breach of these terms may result in cancellation of the discount and/or booking.
