VIPrewards Village & Event Cinemas Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. Offers are available exclusively to VIPrewards members.

1.2. Participation is open to individuals within Australia.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase vouchers.

2. Offer Period

2.1. Offers are valid until 31 December 2026, unless withdrawn or sold out earlier.

2.2. Voucher expiry dates may vary and are specified at the time of purchase.

3. Redemption

3.1. Vouchers must be redeemed online via the relevant cinema website at the time of booking.

3.2. Seating is subject to availability.

3.3. Booking fees may apply.

4. Voucher Use

4.1. Each voucher is valid for one admission or specified food and beverage item only.

4.2. Vouchers must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split.

4.3. Vouchers must be redeemed for sessions scheduled on or before the expiry date.

5. Session & Experience Exclusions

5.1. Standard vouchers are not valid for Gold Class, IMAX, Day Bed seating, group bookings, special events, or movie marathons unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Additional surcharges may apply for premium formats and seating, including but not limited to 3D, 4DX, Vmax, Vpremium, Vjunior, recliner, or sofa seating.

6. eSaver & Off-Peak Restrictions

6.1. eSaver and Off-Peak vouchers are subject to session time restrictions.

6.2. These vouchers are generally not valid for evening sessions on peak days including Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

6.3. Specific blackout periods may vary by cinema and session.

7. Gold Class Vouchers

7.1. Gold Class vouchers are valid for one Gold Class admission only.

7.2. Surcharges may apply for select sessions such as 3D.

7.3. Off-Peak Gold Class vouchers are not valid for evening sessions on peak days or public holidays.

8. Child & Concession Vouchers

8.1. Child vouchers are valid for patrons aged 14 years and under.

8.2. Selected vouchers may also be used by seniors with a valid government-issued seniors card.

9. Food & Beverage Vouchers

9.1. Food and beverage vouchers are valid for the specified item(s) only.

9.2. These vouchers must be redeemed at the cinema candy bar and are not valid for movie tickets.

9.3. Items are subject to availability and may be substituted at the cinema’s discretion.

9.4. Not valid in Gold Class unless otherwise stated.

10. Locations

10.1. Vouchers are valid at participating Village Cinemas and or Event Cinemas locations in Australia.

10.2. Excludes selected locations including but not limited to Rosebud, Sorrento, Warragul, Warrnambool, Moonlight Cinemas, IMAX, and Skyline Drive-In.

10.3. Refer to the relevant cinema website for full location details.

11. General Conditions

11.1. Vouchers are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or other products.

11.2. Vouchers cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.

11.3. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.

11.4. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
