
VentraIP Reward Program

1. Definitions
1.1. “Customer” means the person or entity who ordered services provided by VentraIP.
1.2. “VentraIP”, “VentraIP Australia”, “VIP”, “Company”, or “Business” means Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP and its Related Body Corporate.
1.3. “VIPControl” refers to VentraIP’s customer account, billing and management portal, available online at https://vip.ventraip.com.au.
1.4. “VIPrewards”, “Reward Program”, or “Program” refers to VentraIP’s Reward Program.
1.5. “We”, “our”, or “us” refers to Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP (ACN 137 543 018).
1.6. “You” or “your” refers to the person listed as the primary account holder.
2. Program Overview
2.1. The VentraIP rewards program, known as ‘VIPrewards’, is a customer loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support.
2.2. Participation in the VIPrewards is voluntary, and it is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.
2.3. The Program is subject to modification or termination at the sole discretion of VentraIP with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
3.1. To be eligible for the Program, participants must be an active Customer of VentraIP.
4. Program Enrollment
4.1. To enrol in VIPrewards, Customers must complete the registration process provided by VentraIP, which may include providing personal information.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their personal information and promptly updating any changes.
5. Earning Rewards
5.1. The Customer can earn rewards by engaging in activities as specified by VentraIP, which may include making purchases, referring friends, and participating in promotions.
5.2. Rewards may be subject to change, expiration, or other conditions as determined by VentraIP.
6. Reward Redemption
6.1. The Customer may redeem their rewards in accordance with the redemption options provided by VentraIP.
7. Communication
7.1. The Customer agrees to receive emails and/or SMS messages directly relating to VentraIP’s Reward Program to the email address and/or telephone number registered to their VIPControl account.
7.2. If the Customer does not want to receive these emails and/or SMS messages, they must leave the VIPrewards program.
8. Program Abuse
8.1. VentraIP reserves the right to monitor participant accounts for abuse or fraudulent activity and to take appropriate actions, including account suspension or termination, at its sole discretion.
9. Data Privacy
9.1. VentraIP will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in VIPrewards, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
10. Termination
10.1. VentraIP may terminate or suspend VIPrewards, your participation, or your account at any time and for any reason without notice.
11. Changes
11.1. VentraIP may amend our VIPrewards Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to this agreement will become effective upon their publication on our website.
Continued use of VIPrewards constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
By participating in the VentraIP Reward Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of your participation and the forfeiture of any earned rewards.
