This July, we’re making a few changes to our support hours and the way our support team operates behind the scenes. Our goal is simple: make it easier to get the help you need, connect you with the right team faster, and improve the overall support experience.

What’s changing?

From July, our phone support hours will be:

8:00 am – 10:00 pm AEST/AEDT

Outside of these hours, you’ll still be able to reach us through our online support channels. Our LiveChat and eTicket support will continue to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so help is always available whenever you need it.

Improving the way you reach us

We’re also making some updates to our phone system. These changes are designed to help get your call to the right team more quickly, reducing the need for transfers and helping us assist you sooner.

We know it can be frustrating to be passed between departments, so we’re working to make the process as smooth as possible.
