Once your domains are transferred, you’ll have access to our 24/7 Australian-based customer service team, technical support, and our easy-to-use self-service control panel.

Your domain names will be automatically transferred to VentraIP on October 23, 2025.
No, your website and email services will continue to work as normal. Even if those are hosted with an existing provider (provided you maintain billing with them).
The transfer of your domain names to VentraIP will not affect your existing website hosting or email configuration.
No. Your domain names will be moved automatically, and VentraIP will honour all existing renewal dates.
Once your domain has been transferred, you can manage it directly via VIPControl. Once the transfer is complete, you’ll receive an email from us with instructions to log in or reset your password once your account is ready.
If you prefer not to transfer to VentraIP, you’ll need to move your domain names to another registrar of your choice before October 23, 2025.
No. There are no fees for transferring your domain names to VentraIP.
VentraIP will honour your existing renewal dates. You won’t lose any time you’ve already paid for.
You’ll have access to VentraIP’s 24/7 Australian-based customer service and technical support, plus a comprehensive self-service control panel.
Your Google Workspace subscription will have been (or will soon be) transferred directly to Google.
You will be able to manage your billing account via https://admin.google.com and will receive a separate email from Google with instructions to add your billing details.
