Describe your role/s at VentraIP Australia
I’m a part of the Technical Support & Server Administrator team – My main roles are to monitor for and resolve any issues across our hosting servers, as well as provide frontline support to our customer base when they experience any issues with their hosting services through our eTicket helpdesk, over phones, or on LiveChat.
You have a first class ticket to anywhere in the world. Where are you headed?
Definitely Japan – It’s been my dream to holiday there since high school where I studied the language, the culture and festivals especially are really fascinating and I’m really keen to get there some day.
In your opinion, what’s the best way to start the day?
Getting up and making myself a coffee has become my ritual ever since getting a home espresso machine, and it’s definitely my preferred way to start the day ever since!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I’ve loved reading since I was a kid, and because of that my dream job has been to become an author some day.
What is the best part of the VentraIP Australia office?
It’s hard to choose just one, but the chef-cooked meals every day are definitely a stand-out candidate – They’ve honestly spoilt us with the whole setup and it’s something I get to look forward to every day!
