Customer DNS lookup issues
We are aware of an ongoing issue with some customers intermittently not being able to access their website and email due to DNS lookups failing.
All of our technical team are working closely with our vendors to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. At this time, our DNS cluster is stable for existing records however you will not be able to modify existing DNS zones at this time.
Please note that this does not affect customers using our Free DNS Hosting service that is provided through VIPControl.
We will be posting updates on our Service Status page, as well as our official social media networks, and have called in additional staff to handle customer requests.
