Making things a little easier for our customers

In our line of work it truly is about making things easy for our customers to understand.

Starting today, when you contact our team via eTicket any replies you receive will include the department in the Sender name and the Signature:

Email sender names and signatures now show the department

Previously when you contacted members from our fantastic team, all replies would come from VentraIP Customer Care leading to confusion for customers.

We hope this small change makes things easier for our customers, and helps clarify the department that’s reviewing & responding to your eTicket.
