We will be performing maintenance on VIPControl, our website, blog and ordering system on Tuesday 28th August, beginning at 20:00 EST.
Our technical team have posted a service status advisory for this online at http://status.ventraip.com.au/event.php?id=343. Any customer who is subscribed to our service status (VIPControl > Service Status > Subscribe) will receive an email notification for this advisory.
During this time customers are advised that they will not be able to access the following systems:
VentraIP Economy, Business & Wholesale websites
FAQ & support centre
VentraIP Blog (this blog!)
As VIPControl will be offline during the maintenance window, customers will not be able to update contacts or name servers on their domain name, or make any changes to any services they have with us. Customer’s will also be unable to contact our customer care team via eTicket either.
Our ordering system will also be offline during this time and as such, customers will not be able to order new services.
It should be noted that our customer care team will not have access to internal corporate systems during the maintenance window, and will be unable to action any changes. We ask that customers do not contact our support team via telephone as they will be unable to make any changes to services.
There is no downtime expected for customers websites or services during this time.
