Back in January we introduced the $10,000 Customer Service Guarantee, a first of it’s kind in the web hosting and domain name industry, that rewarded our customers with WISH gift cards in various denominations for providing us with constructive feedback about their experience, our policies and our procedures.
Since then we have had some great (and often critical) feedback given to us that has highlighted many areas of improvement for us as a customer-focussed business and in return we have issued more than $5,600 in WISH gift cards.
Throughout the year we have been making subtle changes to enhance the overall customer experience, but today we are taking that another step further with the beginning of a ‘cut the red tape’ campaign that will see us streamline our policies, processes and procedures, to deliver a consistent and reliable positive experience for all of our customers.
The first part of this campaign is to remove the fees inside of VIPControl that are charged when a cPanel web hosting customer changes their cPanel username or primary cPanel hosting domain name, and from today those fees have now been removed for all customers.
Consider this the first of many changes that are on the horizon and we will be making further announcements in the coming weeks.
