VentraIP’s ‘20K Transfer Jackpot: Win a Share of 20K!’ Promotion

1. Definitions

1.1. “Customer” means the person or entity who ordered services provided by VentraIP.

1.2. “VentraIP”, “VentraIP Australia”, “VIP”, “Company”, “Business”, “The Promoter”, “We”, “our”, or “us” refers to Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP (ABN 91 137 543 018) and its Related Body Corporate with its primary place of business at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC, 3805.

1.3. “The Customer”, “Entrant”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the person listed as the primary account holder.

1.4. “Promotional Period” refers to the duration of the promotion, which commences on October 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM (AEST) and concludes on December 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM (AEST).

2. Promotion Eligibility

2.1. Promotion eligibility is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2.3. Entries are open to all customers who successfully transfer any AU domain name (.au direct, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, or .asn.au) to VentraIP during the Promotional Period.

2.4. Employees and their immediate families of Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd trading as VentraIP and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible.

2.5. Each AU domain name (.au direct, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .id.au, or .asn.au) successfully transferred to VentraIP counts as one automatic entry into the promotion.

2.6. The maximum number of entries per customer is 100.

3. Prizes

3.1. There will be up to four (4) winning entries drawn at random from all valid entries received at the end of the Promotional Period. A single entrant may be drawn more than once, allowing them to receive multiple shares of the prize pool, with the total prize pool being 20,000 AUD.

3.2. Each winning entry will be awarded 5,000 AUD, with up to 20,000 AUD available in total.

3.3. The draw will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM (AEST) at VentraIP’s office located at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC, 3805.

3.4. The prize money will be paid directly into the winners’ selected bank accounts.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

4.2. The winners will be contacted by phone and email. Additionally, their names will be announced on VentraIP’s social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, within seven (7) days of the draw.

4.3. A redraw will take place if any prize is unclaimed or if a winner is ineligible. The redraw will occur on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM (AEST) at VentraIP’s office located at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC, 3805. The new winner(s) will be contacted by phone and email within seven (7) days of the redraw.

4.4. The winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) of any ACT or SA winners will be published online at ventraip.com.au/terms-policies-agreements/20k-transfer-jackpot/ within 30 days of of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.

4.5. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days after being contacted or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited.

5. General

5.1. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

5.2. The total prize pool value is $20,000 AUD.

5.3. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

5.4. A successful domain name transfer is considered when the following conditions are met:

5.4.1. Authorisation: The domain owner provides the required Auth/Transfer Code to VentraIP.

5.4.2. Registrar Approval: Both the current and new registrar, Synergy Wholesale Accreditations Pty Ltd (the registrar provider for VentraIP) approve the transfer.

5.4.3. Payment: If applicable, all transfer fees are paid.

5.4.4. Unlocked Domain: The domain is not locked, making it eligible for transfer.

5.4.5. Registry Update: The domain’s records are updated to reflect Synergy Wholesale Accreditations Pty Ltd as the Registrar.

5.4.6. Completion Confirmation: Both the owner and Synergy Wholesale Accreditations Pty Ltd receive confirmation of the completed transfer.

5.5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any issues that may occur during the administration of the promotion.

5.6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.

5.7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction of entries and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

5.8. If for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

5.9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information to enable participation in this promotion and may use it for promotional purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.10. If you no longer wish for your details to be used for future marketing purposes, please contact us using the details provided below.

5.11. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this promotion should be raised with VentraIP in writing. We will endeavour to resolve any disputes or claims promptly and fairly.
