VentraIP’s VIPrewards WrestleMania 41 Giveaway

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘VIPrewards WrestleMania 41 Giveaway’ (the “Promotion”) conducted by Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd, ABN 85 127 599 971, trading as VentraIP, Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, 3805 (“Promoter”).

1.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences on 03 February 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 24 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must be enrolled in VentraIP’s reward program, VIPrewards.

4.2. Participants must click to enter via the VIPrewards section within VentraIP’s customer management portal, VIPcontrol.

4.3. Only one entry per customer is permitted.

5. Prize

5.1. The Prize consists of:

5.1.1. Two (2) corporate suite tickets to WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, USA, taking place from 19 April to 21 April 2025.

5.1.2. Return economy class flights for two (2), including:

5.1.2.1. Domestic flights, if applicable, in economy class from the winner’s nearest appropriate airport to Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.

5.1.2.2. International flights from Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), USA in economy class.

5.1.2.2. Connecting economy class flights from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, USA.

5.1.3. Accommodation for the duration of the event at Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas, USA (5 Star).

5.2. The Prize is valued at $7,000 AUD.

5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

5.4. Flights and accommodation are included for the winner and their guest.

5.5. Flight paths, including connections and layovers, are subject to availability and may vary at the discretion of the airline.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2. The draw will take place on 25 February 2025 at 11:00 AM (AEDT) at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, 3805.

6.3. The winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw.

6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

6.5. In the event of a redraw, the draw will take place on 11 March 2025 at 11:00 AM (AEDT) at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, 3805. The redraw winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the redraw. If the redraw prize is not claimed, the Promoter may repeat this process as necessary until the prize is claimed or forfeited.

6.5. The Winner’s details, including their last name, first initial, and postcode, will be published on the Promoter’s website within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws if the total prize value is $250 or greater.

7. Prize Redemption Specifics

7.1. The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 years or over.

7.2. The winner and their guest must make their own way to and from their nearest capital city airport.

7.3. The Prize does not include any other expenses, including but not limited to, meals, travel insurance, or additional accommodation outside the provided event period.

7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

7.5. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other necessary travel documentation.

7.6. The winner and their guest must depart and return from the same departure point and travel together.

7.7. Blockout dates for flights and accommodation may apply, and availability is subject to airline and accommodation provider discretion.

7.8. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.

7.9. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prizes and service providers.

8. Privacy

8.1. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.

8.2. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter or following the instructions in the communication.

8.3. Entrants may request to update, modify, or delete their personal information by contacting the Promoter directly.

9. Liability

9.1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion.

10. Promotion Cancellation and Fraud

10.1. If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

10.3. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

11. General Conditions

11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to this agreement will become effective upon publication on the Promoter’s website.

11.2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each entrant.

10.3. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

By participating in the ‘VIPrewards WrestleMania 41 Giveaway’, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of your participation.
