VIPrewards ‘NRL – Round 27 – Rabbitohs vs Roosters’ Giveaway

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the VIPrewards ‘NRL – Round 27 – Rabbitohs vs Roosters’ giveaway (the “Promotion”) conducted by VentraIP (“Promoter”).

1.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions

2. Promotion Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences on 17 July 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 13 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must be enrolled in VentraIP’s reward program, VIPrewards.

4.2. Participants must click to enter via the VIPrewards section within VentraIP’s customer management portal, VIPcontrol.

4.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize

5.1. The Prize consists of:

5.1.1. Two (2) corporate box tickets to watch the South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Sydney Roosters at Accor Stadium on 6 September 2024.

5.1.2. Return economy class flights for two (2) from the winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney.

5.1.3. One (1) night’s accommodation in Sydney.

5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2. The draw will take place on 14 August 2024 at 11:00 AM at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, 3805.

6.3. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of the draw.

6.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

7. Prize Conditions

7.1. The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 years or over.

7.2. The winner and their guest must make their own way to and from their nearest capital city airport.

7.3. The Prize does not include any other expenses, including but not limited to, meals, travel insurance, or additional accommodation.

7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.

8.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Liability

9.1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. General Conditions

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

10.2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each entrant.

By participating in the VIPrewards ‘NRL – Round 27 – Rabbitohs vs Roosters’ giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of your participation.
