VentraIP’s MEGAMay ‘Lock It In & Win’ Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to VentraIP’s MEGAMay ‘Lock It In & Win’ (the “Promotion”) conducted by Nexigen Digital Pty Ltd, ABN 91 137 543 018, trading as VentraIP, Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC 3805 (“Promoter”).
1.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on 1 May 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
4.1 To automatically receive an entry into the Promotion, participants must complete any of the following actions during the Promotion Period with VentraIP:
4.1.1 Register any new .au domain name
4.1.2 Transfer any .au domain name to VentraIP from another registrar
4.1.3 Renew a .au domain name within its 90 day renewal period
4.2 Each eligible .au domain registration, transfer, or renewal completed during the Promotion Period will automatically generate one (1) entry into the Promotion.
4.3 There is no limit on the number of entries, and participants may receive multiple entries by completing multiple eligible actions.
5. Prizes
5.1 The total prize pool for this Promotion is AUD $120,000.
5.2 There will be one (1) winner.
5.3 The winner may choose one (1) of the following prize options:
5.3.1 One (1) Audi RS3 Sportback, valued at AUD $120,000 (exact vehicle colour and specification shown subject to availability); or
5.3.2 $100,000 AUD Cash
5.4 If the winner selects the vehicle prize:
5.4.1 The prize is not transferable
5.4.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash once selected
5.4.3 The prize must be accepted as awarded
5.5 The vehicle prize includes:
5.5.1 One (1) year registration and stamp duty to the winner’s state
5.5.2 One (1) full tank of fuel
5.6 The vehicle prize does not include:
5.6.1 Insurance
5.6.2 Ongoing maintenance
5.6.3 Any additional costs associated with ownership or operation of the vehicle
5.7 If the winner selects the cash prize, payment will be made via bank transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
5.8 If the vehicle prize is selected, VentraIP will assist with arranging vehicle transport to the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The main prize draw will take place at 11:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 1 June 2026, at Level 1, 66 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren, VIC 3805.
6.3 All eligible .au domain registrations, transfers and renewals completed during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
6.4 The winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
6.5 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6.6 The redraw for unclaimed prizes will occur on 1 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (AEST) at the same location.
6.7 The winner’s details, including their last name, first initial, and postcode, will be published on the Promoter’s website within 30 days of the major draw and/or any unclaimed prize draws if the total prize value is $250 or greater.
7. Prize Redemption Specifics
7.1 The winner must provide proof of identity and residency to claim their prize.
7.2 The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional expenses associated with the prize.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, rescheduling, or changes in the availability of the prize.
8. Privacy
8.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information to administer the Promotion and, where consent has been provided, to send marketing communications.
8.2 Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter or following the instructions in the communication.
8.3 Entrants may request to update, modify, or delete their personal information by contacting the Promoter directly.
9. Liability
9.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by users, equipment, or technical errors during the Promotion.
10. Promotion Cancellation and Fraud
10.1 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these conditions or engages in misconduct.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on each entrant.
11.3 By participating, entrants confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms.
