In order to update contact information on your domain(s) it needs to be done from an account directly with the registry responsible rather than via our domain management interface. For these types of domains it would be Nominet.
You will need to create an account with them using the email address you’ve provided for the domain as part of your registration.
Once you verify your email address you’ll be able to login and manage any domains linked to that address along with submitting contact information updates.
Supply your email address in the first prompt given and submit, It should then send you a password you can use to login to the system.
If you no longer have access to the email used to register your domain then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your domain name and we’ll assist best we can after authentication.
