What’s happened with Spider Web Hosting?

On May 2nd, 2018, VentraIP Australia announced that it would acquire the customers of Spider Web Hosting. As such, any services held with Spider Web Hosting will be transferred to the control of VentraIP Australia.

VentraIP Australia is the largest privately funded web host and domain name registrar in Australia that is focused on delivering quality solutions to its customers and is backed by a team of industry professionals who provide 24/7 Australian Based customer service and technical support.

We would like to warmly welcome all Spider Web Hosting customers to the VentraIP Australia family and we truly hope that you enjoy the VIP service we provide to our customers on a daily basis. Your business is our business and we look forward to growing our business with yours.

How will I be billed from now on?

Your Spider Web Hosting account will continue to function as normal for paying invoices until such time that we create a new VIPControl account for you and email you the log in credentials.

Once you receive the email notifying you of the account creation, please follow the instructions to log in and complete setup. From that point onward, you’ll be able to manage your services within VIPControl (including paying invoices).

Is the Spider Web Hosting customer portal still accessible?

No.

The Spider Web Hosting portal is no longer available.
A VentraIP VIPControl account was created for customers with active services and new login details emailed out.

How do I manage Spider Web Hosting services now?

For the time being you can continue using your Spider Web Hosting customer portal as normal. All active Spider Web Hosting clients will eventually have a VIPControl account created for them based on the details stored within the Spider Web Hosting billing portal.

At the time of creation of these accounts, all customers will be emailed their VIPControl login credentials. This will occur as we are moving your services over to our own hardware and until you are notified by email that your new account has been created.

Once you’ve received your login details via email you will be able manage your services via VIPControl,

Where do I go for support?
