Cancelling a rippaMarketing Service

To cancel a rippaMarketing Service, please follow the following steps:

1. Log in to VIPcontrol.
2. Navigate to My Services -> Marketing.
3. Click on Manage next to the service that you are looking to cancel.
4. Click on Cancel Service on the left side.
5. Click on the Cancel Service button, and you will then be able to choose either individual addons, or the entire rippaMarketing service to cancel.

This will take you through the cancellation process; you just need to follow the prompts from there.

NOTE: For account security purposes and due to our general policies, cancellations will not be accepted via email or phone communication and must be completed by yourself.

What happens next?

From there, your service will be active for the remainder of your billing period before cancelation.
