Additional user access level and permissions
Updated Tuesday March 1st 2022 / Category Accounts

Additional Users have access to the following:

  • Manage and access services in your account;
  • View and pay invoices;
  • Submit eTickets;
  • Access cPanel accounts.

An Additional User cannot…

  • Add a user to your account;
  • Close your account.

Adjusting a user’s access

At this time, the level of access that an additional user has cannot be adjusted.

Additional Account Contacts

Additional contacts added to your account do not have the same permissions as additional users. They are not able to login to your account however they will be sent a copy of emails from us, such as invoices and general notifications.
