How will my Netorigin account be billed from now on?

For the time being everything will remain the same, and you will be billed as normal via your Netorigin account. Please note that unfortunately we cannot support PayPal as a payment method in the Netorigin client area. Once services have been migrated to our platform customers can begin using PayPal again. 

EFT payment is supported. The bank information can be found below:

Reference: Please use your invoice number

Please ensure you use your invoice number as a payment reference.  Also allow 1-2 business days for payments to process. This may be further delayed by weekends and public holidays.

All Netorigin customers will receive further correspondence from our team once services have been moved into their VIPControl account, at which point billing will be handled within VIPControl.
