Requesting an email migration

Migrating mail can be done via an IMAP sync provided your current server supports IMAP connections which most do. So that our team can complete that migration for you they’re going to need some basic info formatted as per below

Source IP address: (this is the IP address of your current email server where we’re moving the mail from)
Source email address: (this is the email address you want to move the mail content from)
Source email password: (this is the password for the email address you want to move the mail content from)

Destination email address: (this is the email address you want to move the mail content to on our end)
Destination email password: (this is the password for the email address you want to move the mail content to on our end)

These can then be sent to our technical team via  an Eticket so that they can initiate the migration for you.
