Your WebAccess portal will continue to function as normal for paying invoices until such time that we create a new VIPControl account for you and email you the log in credentials. Once you receive the email notifying you of the account creation, please follow the instructions to log in. From that point onward, you’ll be able to manage your services within VIPControl (including paying invoices).
How will I be billed from now on?
