What’s happened with Boot Domains?
On May 2nd, 2018, VentraIP announced that it would acquire the customers of Boot Domains. As such, any services held with Boot Domains will be transferred to the control VentraIP.

How will I be billed from now on?
Your services will now be in a new VIPControl account you’ll have received details for on the email address you had signed up to Boot Domains with, Any future invoices for your hosting and or domains previously with Boot Domains will now come from VentraIP.
If you have not received your account details send us a message at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
Is the Boot Domains customer portal still accessible?
No, You will have received credentials for our control panel, VIPControl on the email account you had registered with Boot Domains.
If this has not been received or you have misplaced the message reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you get into your new account.
How do I manage Boot Domains services now?
All active Boot Domains clients will now have a VIPControl account that has been created for them based on the details stored within the Boot Domains billing portal.
Login credentials have all been sent out and you will be able manage your services via VIPControl,
Where do I go for support?
As all Boot Domains customers have been moved over to VIPControl along with your services and domains that’s where you will log in to submit requests to support via eTickets.
