What’s happened with OnACloud?
On 2 May 2018, VentraIP, the largest self-funded web host and domain name registrar in the country, completed an asset acquisition of On A Cloud.
As part of the acquisition, all active On A Cloud customers have been migrated to VentraIP. If you have not received login details for VIPControl via email you may be able to reset your password here.

OnACloud – Where do I go for support?

Is the OnACloud customer portal still accessible?
Currently we’ve closed down the On A Cloud customer portal as all active customers have been migrated over to VentraIP.
