To be eligible for a .au domain name you must have an ‘Australian Presence’.
This definition is still somewhat vague and the process of testing eligibility has yet to be finalised by the .au Domain Administration.
While we can’t confirm just yet, it is likely that if you have an Australian address then you will be eligible for registering your own .au domain name.
