Purchasing additional resources for a VPS service
Note: Some addons will need to be manually applied by our technical support team, requiring a reboot of the VPS. You will be asked when you want the VPS rebooted when purchasing an addon.
What add-ons can be applied?
The hardware add-ons that are available to purchase are:
- Extra vCPUs
- Memory (RAM)
- Disk Space
- Bandwidth

Note: You are only able to add additional hardware addons once you have upgraded your VPS’s plan to the “Premium” tier. You are not able to upgrade specific hardware individually.

Requesting new add-ons
Choosing addons you want to apply to your VPS is easy, here are the steps you need to take:
- Log in to VIPcontrol.
- Click on My Services (at the top of the page).
- Click on VPS.
- Click Manage next to your VPS.
- Click Resource Addons.
