Pointing a domain to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Domain is using Free DNS Hosting or VentraIP cPanel Web Hosting

If you have registered your domain with us and have connected it up to your cPanel hosting service, you can configure your domain to point to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 via VIPcontrol.

1. Log in to VIPcontrol
2. Click My Services → Domains
3. Click ‘DNS’ next to the domain that you would like to configure.
4. From the tabs at the top, you should see DNS Hosting or VentraIP Hosting enabled.
5. Scroll down till you see the App Preset section. Click ‘Add App Preset’
6. Click on the email provider that you would like to configure from the list, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
7. Click Apply DNS Preset’. This will then add all the required DNS records for that service.

For domains not registered with us

If your domain is pointing or managed elsewhere, you would more than likely have to login to their control panel or contact your hosting provider for assistance.
