  3. Hit the Manage button for the domain name that you are wishing to update
  4. Select the Manage DNS option from under the DNS area on the left-hand side
  5. Click DNS hosting, then Change DNS if you don’t see add app preset.

If you already have Free DNS Hosting or Web and Email Forwarding set as your DNS Configuration, you can add the Google Workspace or Office 365 records by clicking the drawer icon next to Add DNS Record + at the bottom of the DNS records table. This will make sure any existing records remain in place.

NOTE: Changes to DNS configuration, will remove existing records and the new ones can take up to 24 hours to reflect.

For cPanel Website hosting plans:

If you have your domain name pointed at a cPanel hosting service with us, you will be able to point your email to your provider through cPanel itself. This can be done by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your cPanel service.
  2. Click the Zone Editor icon.
  3. Add the records as per your email provider’s instruction.

If you’re unsure of the records your email provider requires, please login to their control panel or contact their support team. Please be aware that by changing your domain’s configuration, it’s existing configuration will cease to function once you initiate the changes.

NOTE: Changes to DNS configuration, will remove existing records and the new ones can take up to 24 hours to reflect.
