Creating new Google Workspace users

Adding seats

Before adding another user, make sure you have a spare Google Workspace Seat available. If you need to add one, this can be done by following these steps:

  1. Log in to VIPControl.
  2. Click on My Services at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Google Workspace.
  4. Click Manage next to your Google Workspace service.
  5. Click Manage Seats.
  6. Adjust the number of seats by using the plus + button.
  7. Click Add Seats.

Creating new users

  1. Log in to VIPControl.
  2. Click on My Services at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Google Workspace.
  4. Click Manage next to your Google Workspace service.
  5. Under User Accounts click Setup User next to an available seat.
    (If you cannot see this button, follow the steps under “Adding seats”).
  6. Input the new user’s details.
  7. Click Create User.
