Creating new Google Workspace users
Adding seats
Before adding another user, make sure you have a spare Google Workspace Seat available. If you need to add one, this can be done by following these steps:
- Log in to VIPControl.
- Click on My Services at the top of the page.
- Click on Google Workspace.
- Click Manage next to your Google Workspace service.
- Click Manage Seats.
- Adjust the number of seats by using the plus + button.
- Click Add Seats.
Creating new users
- Log in to VIPControl.
- Click on My Services at the top of the page.
- Click on Google Workspace.
- Click Manage next to your Google Workspace service.
- Under User Accounts click Setup User next to an available seat.
(If you cannot see this button, follow the steps under “Adding seats”). - Input the new user’s details.
- Click Create User.
