How can I get an extension on my invoice?

If you need a little more time to sort out an invoice, we allow you to easily extend them for 14 days from the original due date.

Here are the steps you need to take to extend an invoice inside VIPControl:

1. Log in to VIPControl.
2. At the top right of the page, click Billing.
3. Click on the Invoices tab.
4. Click on the invoice number highlighted in blue.
5. Click Extend Invoice.
6. VIPControl will show you the new due date, simply click Extend Invoice again if you agree.
