Our support team cannot assist with products, control panels or software that we do not sell, develop or provide.

Examples of things we cannot support are:

  • Email software (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
  • Control panels or portals for other service providers
  • Content Management Systems (such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento)

With that being said, please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you’re unsure about whether or not we can assist.

For example, if you’re having trouble connecting to our platform using 3rd party software (email, FTP, etc.), you’re more than welcome to reach out to us to confirm whether or not an issue on our end is causing the problem.
