Connecting via FTP using Cyberduck
Getting your FTP login details
You can use the default FTP account or create a new one. We have a separate guide on how to do this.
Downloading Cyberduck
If you don’t already have Cyberduck installed, please download it here.
Connecting using Cyberduck
- Open Cyberduck.
- Click Open Connection.
- Set the connection type to FTP-TLS in the drop-down menu at the top of the window that appears.
- Input the server details that you either obtained or created in the guide we linked under Getting your FTP login details.
- Click Connect.
TLS and FileZilla
Sometimes you may need to manually configure Cyberduck in order to connect securely, which is a requirement on our newer services. If you’re not sure how to do that, please have a look at this guide.
