Domain name recovery process
If you are no longer able to contact the VIPControl account holder or reseller for your domain registration, we do have a procedure in place to recover this into your own name. This needs to be initiated by filling out the recovery form here or by emailing recovery@ventraip.com.au. The recovery form will allow you to upload some required documentation to perform the recovery. Our team will review these documents and respond to you via email with further information.
