An Urgent eTicket is one that will be looked into and given a response as a priority by our helpdesk team. Using this escalation service comes at a cost of $9.95 per eTicket.
By selecting this option when submitting your eTicket it will flag with our helpdesk for review immediately on submission. The invoice it creates can be paid anytime after.
While our response times are always pretty quick and usually within the hour on a standard ticket if you have an issue which needs immediate attention then this is the way to go.
If you already have an eTicket open however that needs priority response then an Urgent bump will be what you are looking for, these can be initiated from VIPControl > eTickets > View eTickets. Next to your open tickets you will have an “Urgent Bump” option which will pop a confirmation before submitting.
This will generate the same $9.95 invoice on your account and flag the ticket with our helpdesk immediately for review.
