What is an Urgent eTicket or Urgent Bump?

An Urgent eTicket is one that will be looked into and given a response as a priority (Within 15 minutes) by our helpdesk team.

Using this escalation service comes at a cost of $4.95 per eTicket.

 

By selecting this option when submitting your eTicket it will flag with our helpdesk for review immediately on submission. The invoice it creates can be paid anytime after.

NOTE: If you already have an eTicket open, then there will be an ‘Urgent Bump‘ option available that will mark your eTicket as a priority. If selected, you should expect a response to your last reply within 15 minutes (The cost will still be $4.95)
