This is useful for websites that contain a lot of media and need more storage than the base Entry or WordPress plans offer, but don’t need the extra processing power of the bigger plans.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some frequently asked questions or inquiries about our plans that our team typically gets!
Can I upgrade my hosting later on?
Of course! There’s no lock in contracts with us so you’re not limited to your current plan for a set time, you have the freedom to upgrade your hosting to the next plan, or just one single resource at any time. More information is found in this article here
If every plan has the same software inclusions, why is there a WordPress Hosting plan?
This plan is curated specifically for the types of resource usage that we see most WordPress websites use as you may need the extra storage from our Entry plan. Typically this is great for photography portfolios, blogs, small to medium eCommerce, and other visual-content heavy websites.
Do you offer any caching services?
Since our servers run Litespeed for its web server, you’re able to utilize Litespeed cache to optimise and serve your website super quick! Litespeed cache is available as a plugin to most CMS’s and is what we recommend to use. You can read more about installing it for your website here.
We don’t currently have any object caching service like Redis or Memcached, you can read more about why here.
Is there an SSL certificate included?
Yes, no matter what hosting plan you decide on, they all include a free SSL certificate issued automatically using Let’s Encrypt, so you can rest easy knowing that your customers will be accessing your website securely.
